Shipping Areas

We currently ship all over India (including major cities & remote areas).

Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier partners such as multiple local delivery agents for reliable and timely deliveries.

Order Processing

  • We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be expected to be delivered within 10 business days.
  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Custom/pre-order items may take 8-10 business days before dispatch.

Shipping Delays

  • Delays may occur due to festive seasons, weather, or courier delays. We’ll notify you if there’s an unexpected delay.
  • Remote areas (e.g., Jammu & Kashmir, Northeast) may take 2-3 extra days.

Undelivered/Returned Orders

  • If the courier fails to deliver after 2 attempts, the order may be returned.
  • We’ll contact you for a re-shipment (additional charges may apply).

Wrong Address Issues

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
